I first read Babycakes in Gaiman's "Smoke and Mirrors". The story was deliciously disturbing to begin with. Macabre, yes indeedy.

And then I saw the webcomic...very nicely done.

Oh oh oh. I READ this thing before. My roommate had a handout and they were required to read it for Hum. I haven't seen the illustrations though, it was all text lang kasi.
